This is part of our "Bioinformatics BootCamp" series.

Workshop Description: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are post‐transcriptional regulators that silence gene expression by binding mainly to untranslated regions in the 3' end of the target messenger RNA transcripts. This session will be useful for any researcher who wants to investigate miRNA's in detail. Topics covered include basic techniques for miRNA isolation, expression profiling and validation, as well as their functional analysis in mammalian cells.

The c3 Bioinformatics team, in conjunction with theHMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, is offering 2017 Summer Bioinformatics Bootcamp. The hands-on workshops will be held between June 08 and August 30, 2017
